Ravel – Shéhérazade
City of Sheffield Youth Orchestra

The City of Sheffield Youth Orchestra welcome soloist Thalie Knights to perform a double bill of Scheherazade by Ravel and Rimsky Korsakov.
The first, a setting of three poems by the french composer for mezzo-soprano and orchestra strongly inspired by the other, a symphonic suite of dazzling orchestral colour from the Russian composer.

Tickets are £12, under 21s £6. Doors open at 7pm and the concert starts at 7:30pm.

There will also be a pre-concert talk at 6:45pm with members of the orchestra.
