Barbara Rearick and Richard Rodney Bennett gave their first recital at the Norfolk and Norwich Festival in 1992, and since then they have performed at a number of venues in the UK, including Snape Concert Hall and Wigmore Hall, and the USA where they gave their debut recital in New York City in February 1995.
Barbara is a performer of great versatility and sensitivity whose repertoire embraces opera, oratario, Lieder and popular American Song.
Richard Rodney Bennett, knighted by The Queen for services to music, a composer of symphonies, operas and ballets and an Academy Award nominee for film scores, he earned his living as a jazz pianist while he was a student, and performs regularly at cabaret venues in New York City where he now lives.
